Tool Tip

This is my first post in this thread. not sure wheather this going to fit in this. sory if it.

I see most other forums i.e. Sitepoint.com , Webmaster-talk.com etc offers a facility that a user can read a thread using a tool tip window with out opening that thread. Will it be nice if we have that here?

I have attached a sample of what i am talking about.

We had that on for a while a few weeks ago, but everyone hated it so it was turned off.

Next, would have been a quick reply textarea inside the custom tooltips for each thread.
