    Program that records missed incoming phone calls

    Hi VB gurus,


    Is it possible to write a program that records missed incoming phone calls to a help desk?

    Can you guys give me ideas?


    The computer is using DSL line, sharing with the phone.

    When I went to the web site I couldn't see the responses (unless I signed up.) But when I refreshed the page (3 times I think) I could read the whole thing perfectly.

    It's a bit old, but it may help you to get your thoughts flowing.

    Edit > For some more info, you might want to try 'telephony' and/or 'TAPI' in the search box
