sql servr 2000 strange problem

this what i see in my sq server 2000
and i dont know why
any way is there is any one know how could i change it back.

hay, iam usin the sql server 2000 and it wa going perfict
tell i added the sp3 cd
when i open it the layout of the sql server become right to left
really i try hard on the net and inside the sql servr it self to change the layout again to the one i used to but i couldnt.
