    Hi!

    Long back you emailed me a ftp program of yours. I have updated the program accordingly.When I click on Connect, the server sends back a message 'Access denied'.
    When I try to connect to the server using my other program it connects. Can you Please tell what could be wrong here.

    Without seeing the modified code it's hard to say, it could be the User Name & Password your passing, or perhaps you're using the wrong protocol.
