Well, you seem just to have triggered it through a particular set of circumstances, whatever they may be. I tried on a regular account, and was unable to replicate it. There are several reasons why it can happen, so it's a bit difficult to track down.

ok... in the same machine, WinXPSP2 box, with both browsers (IE7 & FF) i had the same problem... i will test in another box...

Joe - is there a date/time stamp stored in the database for an individual? if so, then maybe this got out of whack. This would require a DBA to take a look at the record for issues.

• OR...
• You tell us who was your last successful PM to, and WE'LL contact him to tell us what that PM's datetime stamp was.

Personally, I think JPNYC would be easily able to do point #1, but He's a busy man, and perhaps we shouldn't bother him with something so trivial as your problems.

Why not have JPNYC {MG! For the longest of time, I always thought it was JPynk} Just erase the DBase of every single PM you've ever done?
