help with cvs contacts export...

Greetings,

I am currently looking into the possibility of developing a basic crm package for work. this system will pull data out of our main business system, to be displayed in the crm as central location for that information...

my question is this...some of the staff members have requested an option to export for the use of mail merges, how ever, i dont want to give open access to export that data into one csv file, for privacy reason's etc.

so far im thinking of only allowing certain people to export this list with a big fat disclaimer saying not to distrbute this list, or else...but i was wanting to know if anyone has come up with other idea's...

C# ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005. didnt really think it was relevant, as i was only asking what other may have done, not specific to code... so i put it in this forum, if it should go in the C# section, please move??
