    Chit Chat posts counting

    Just thought i'd give you a heads up that chit chat posts are counting towards a user's post count. Unless this is intended then carry on.
    Using VB6 or VB.net 2008 with .net 3.5

    what would be the big deal about it?
    or are just refering to a specific thread,, cuz i think general pc should go towards. post counts, ill shut upp, me only question

    what about the posts that have already counted will they be removed from the user?

    General PC does count toward your post count.

    I was talking about the chit chat forum. In the past posts made in that forum have not counted towards a user's post count, and i figured that something had been changed on accident either with the forum upgrade or more likely with the latest power outage thing. Personally i dont have a problem with those posts counting but its a policy thing and thought i would try and help marty out maybe earn some brownie points you know

    However, if CC posts counted, there would be some folks leading the boards who had never posted a single programming related question or answer. There are people who are only here to chat, so they shouldn't get a chit.
