[RESOLVED] Crystal Report 11 Running error...

I made a small prog with VB6 and CR11..

Made a Setup file via **********..

While running the program on another PC which does not have CR11 installed.. Everything else runs fine.. But when I try to view a report from the program I get the following error

"This document has the expected file extension (.RPT) but it seems to be corrupted. if this report used to work, try opening it with t a different version of crystal reports and if that still does not work, please contact the administrator"

After clicking OK i get the following error :

"Run time error '2147206429(80043ae3)' : Invalid TLV record"

What to do ?? Please help regarding this.. I am using crviewer.dll to view report

try to install the CR 11 at your client pc.

that is not an option for me..

that means to run the prog i have to install CR11 everywhere.. absurd

its a standalone application package.. whats the point of it then

Add the crystal report related dll in your set up. The it will work, some list of dll you can see at the crystal report tutorial at my signature.Add the report in the setup also. It is possible that your report is corrupted during the installation so check it.

i added all required by the prog + the 4 MSM they have given..

this is some acute error even CR forum dosent have proper answer..

i tried 3 diff installers.. dont tell me that all the 3 installers corrupted the RPT file..

For removing the error at the client Pc add the Dll database.dll, crystal32.ocx,p2sodbc.dll

I have CR 11 Developer edition.. and i CANNOT find any of these files.. searched the whole C: ..

where are they located??

Could u pls tell me what that last trick was that u tried out..
Coz i am also developnig vb6 proj for that CR 11 thing..
And maybe ur trick may help me too.

Oh and i have some reall issues ..in Cr 11, could u please assist me in it.
