    Nah... burner is good enough. 16x.
    This damn disk is 4x. Took ~20min to format, ~12min to burn 3.3GB Fedora image and another ~8min to verify.

    It is Sony DPW47S1 DVD+RW disk. I guess you missed the RW part.
