    Resolved [RESOLVED] [2005] VisualStyle

I have a button on a form that I flash red when a problem occurs, but when I return it to its normal color, it has lost the original VisualStyles color (its now beige 'SystemColors.Control', rather than silvery).

How can I restore the buttons backcolor to the VisualStyles color?

Check to see that when your setting the backcolor to red that the FlatSyyle property is Standard or System. If it changes you will need to change it back when you want the theme again.
