Picturebox to .bmp

I have a picturebox with several controls inside (lines, shapes, pictureboxes, labels), and have attempted to use this code I found:

SavePicture priflun.Image, App.Path & "gorsaftywydd.bmp"

To try and save an image. Nothing happens. Could someone shed some light on this matter and/or give me some new code to work with?

Meke sure the Picture1.AutoRedraw is set to True.

That only saves the image that is behind all of the other controls. The rest of the controls disappear. Is what I'm attempting to do impossible?
