GetFilename Under Mouse

can anyone help me grab a path/filename of a file under the mouse before clicking on it

i just want the name of a file under the mouse to be displayed in a text box etc
i found this < it displays what folder etc but i need the file name too and im stuck

Ok, so you have a program that, while running, you want to be able to hover the mouse over a file...say on the desktop or in a folder somewhere....and have the file path list in your text box?

yup exactly that a folder of files and as you hover over each one ,its path and filename in a text box
