[RESOLVED] VB.NET, SQL Server analytical tool project

I've included an attached proposal for a project I need help with. The position is for 1 person to assist me in developing a VB form that grabs data from SQL server and plots it on the same form.

It shouldn't take too long but I will be asking for training as I will need to modify aspects of the form in future. You will need to be able to talk effectively in English. If you express interest in this work, I will need to talk to you briefly to ask you a few questions before accepting your offer.

I can't imagine the project taking more than perhaps 20 hours in total. If you are interested, after reading the proposal, please send me a message. It may be suitable for a student with their head on right or a professional with a bit of extra time on their hands.

It is in the proposal, but I will pay commercial rates for this work. I will negotiate terms and fees privately.
