Some help required please (Name/Organisation of computer)

Hi, basically I have created a program. This will not be an actual program, but more like a prototype, most of the program is up and running but i require just some little pointers to be nearly there. In the program there is a menu bar, the last tab on the menu bar is the "Help" tab, when users click on this there are two options, the first is Help on "how to use the program" and the second one is "about". On the first link (how to use the program) I have created a form, where there are links on the top left hand corner, when users select a link the form should be moved down to that section. For example if the user clicks on Link 3 at the top, the page will be moved down to the link 3 part of the page, and on that section there is a link which states "Back to the top", I have used Link labels but its just not working. The second part "Help - about" question is probably more simple, when users click on the about page, a form shows a standard about page, but within that page I want the name/organisation of the current computer if thats possible. I have some text on the line of "This product is licened to" and after that I would prefer the name or the organisation of the current computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

I might be wrong but I don't think windows stores the actual owners name of the computer.

In any case, if you have issued a licence to this user, you should have asked them for the name and org when issuing it e.g on first run, then store it somewhere. So you can retrive it on the about form.
