Forum Question
I have learned in recent days to value the info on this forum and I also enjoy being able to answer a question or two. However there are times when I need to quickly see if anyone has answered any of my inquiries. Is there a way in the forums to quick get directly to only the threads that I started or the threads that I have participated in. I can't remember all the places that I have entered new threads or replies. There must be a way to see only the threads that I have content in.
Any help?

Re: Forum Question
The fastest way is to just go to User CP.

Re: Forum Question
Also I see that in your profile you have Pop up a Notification Box When a Private Message is Received set to No. You might want to change that.

Re: Forum Question
Thanks for the quick reply. I went to the User CP and was able to see all my threads but it doesn't show me how many views and responses there. Is there a way to see that info?
Thanks again...

You can use the Search page to search your threads or threads where you've posted.
Use following link to search for the threads you've created:
http://www.vbforums.com/search.php?q...0&saveprefs=1&
Or use following link to search for all the threads where you've posted:
http://www.vbforums.com/search.php?q...0&saveprefs=1&
Those last 2 links will open search page with preset options. Just click the 'Search Now' button.

It doesn't actually do that. What it does is to show you your threads where there have been replies after you last visited that thread, so assuming you know what is in the threads you have visited, User CP shows you the list where there are answers that you haven't seen.

Re: Forum Question
Thanks for the info. I think I have a better understanding of how to use the forum now.

To be moe precise,
User CP shows all your Subscribed threads if there is a new post after you last visit.
You can change the subscription mode from Edit Options>Default Thread Subscription Mode. You can also (un)subscribe to ANY thread by pulling down the "Thread Tools" menu and clicking "(un)subscribe this thread".
If there is some new notifications in your User CP but you forgot to check them, they will not be highligheted next time you login. It is better to check the Subscriptions page once/twice a week.
