    display inserted data in table

    i was try but not it's not working,
    i want data that i inserted in form display back into table after i click "ADD" button, and second time i click "ADD" button, the new data display under the previous data i inserted before..

    i was try, it's display but second time i click add button, the new data take place the previous data..

    can help me ..pleaase its urgent

    Can you provide the code you already have and we could then try and figure out where you are going wrong.
