    startup

    is there anyway that when using inno setup to make it so that it has to create a short cut within the startup folder of all users?

    Otherwise is there a way to make it so they get the option to?

    rather there was a way to make it that they are not asked they just get it without asking.

    Sure if you look in the Inno Setup help use the search and key in Shortcut. You will find all of your answers.
