Crystal Reports 11(urgent)

hi,

i am new to crystal reports 11 with vb6. i have found a lot of usefull informations on this site. but i need which component we have to add to the form. i have tried a lot. i have installed crystall reports11 version. but there is no related activex control on the components dialog box. which component i should select from the components dialog box? please help me. its very urgent

I have unistalled that version 11 and now using crystal reports 8.5, i have to display the columns dynamically. that is those columns are choosed in the vb form. how it is possible?. please help me...

my table contains the following details

name-name of person
work - work assigned. (in this work columun, the value may be 'Write', 'Read' ,'Program' etc.) what i actually need is to display the values that is 'Write', 'Read', 'Program' as column headings and not the work.as a column.
Those values should be selected in the form itself. how to accomplish this?
please help.
