I'm thinking of visiting Japan on next Valentine's.
The Japanese celebrate St. Valentine's day in a rather unique fashion. Women give the men gifts of chocolate as well as other gifts.

The Japanese already do that, on White day, which is the 14th March all the Men are obligated to give gifts to those Women who gave them chocolate.
