    Registry

I found this on a website.

Note: Once this tweak has been implemented any subsequent users accounts that are created will inherit the 'NoLogon' value and therefore reboot when they login. To avoid this; when you first create a new user, open the key below for the newly created account name (e.g. [HKEY_USERS\jdoe]) and remove the 'NoLogon' value.
    Website:
    http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/629/

I dont really understand this please could some one explain, also i cant find my username in the HKEY_USERS.

Also could i set user restrictions on using this method.

Did you read the second paragraph on the Web site you posted the link to:
Like all registry tweaks, this is for advanced users, please do not attempt to try this if you are not confident with the Windows registry and recovering from any subsequent problems.
You might want to gain some more understanding about the Windows registry before you make too many alterations to it.

    Re: Registry

    I found another:

Still with me? Kewl. Ok, you don't need an intro then... but I will give you a tip. If you want to change something for a SPECIFIC user, and you are administrator, you will need to get the associated user hive, as HKEY_CURRENT_USER is invalid. You can find the users somewhere in HKEY_USERS. I typically just open the hive and look for the user's name. Works every time.
on my pc the usernames dont show in HKEY_USERS

OK. That's cool. I just didn't want you to mess up your system.
