how do in insert a pic in my post so i could explane what i exactly need to do?

Moved to Forum Feedback - which is the area for asking about how to use the forum, etc.

If the file is on your computer you will need to upload it.. to do that click on "Post Reply", and then the "Manage attachments" button (under the actual reply area). If a picture is the only attachment, it will be shown automatically at the bottom of your post.

If the file is somewhere on the internet, you can use the img tags.. for example, to get this:

..you would enter this:

[img]http://www.vbforums.com/images/buttons/quote.gif[/img]
