[RESOLVED] Adding Detail Lines CR XI
Hey,
Is there a way that I can have a mandatory amount of Detail lines per page? Like if my data only has 3 detail lines but I would like the detail section to stretch as if it had 25 lines. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks!

Hi
Its impossible unless you add blank lines on the table.

I am not agree with it
You can use the blank textbox in the detail section as a blank line

You would have to some calculations to make it work.

There are ways but it depends on your report layout. Post a list of the report sections that you use.

it is a simple packing slip... I have a report header section, page header section and detail section that is grouped by items that are shipped or back ordered. The detail section is just a simple list of line items ordered.

Re: Adding Detail Lines CR XI
Do you have Group Header and/or Group Footer sections? How many? How many pages does a typical report print? Do you start a new page after a specific section prints?
If your report is laid out like
Report Header
Page Header
Group Header
Details
Group Footer
Page Footer
Then simply setting the "Print at Bottom of Page" option on the Group Footer might be all you need.

That could work, but I have lines seperating the colums in the detail..

Extend the line into the Group Footer section.
