    specifically the banner, would just like some comments, i have never made a banner really before, so some feedback would be nice, thanks alot

    mhmm, we thought of LightWhere...

    would naming this business the same be infringing on copyrights and such even though we are in a completly diffent trade?

    It's the same case as the Apple iPhone and Cisco iPhone. There could very well be copyright problems, so you want to come up with something unique.

    uh... i added a www. is that what 404 means?

    404 means you cant type links properly!

    The background of the banner is nice. The font used on it makes it look amateurish. I hope you've got the PSD for it.
