    This is a 7 page crash course tutorial on DirectX 9 Managed Code with VB.net, covering quite a lot of the basics, up to the point of creating terrains. Tutorial is based upon www.riemers.net. No DirectX programming experience is assumed. It's designed to be pragmatic and concise, with brief straight-to-the-point explanations.

    This is a work in progress. Do tell me what you think of it.
