apprasial objectives
I work for a smallish software dev company, and we have been ask to think up some measurable objectives that can set for our apprasials.
All of our work is project based, but
does anyone have an ideas on what we could suggest/ how we could track them?
most of our dev work is either asp.net or vb.net desktop stuff
Cheers

Re: apprasial objectives
You could use man days, for example someone gives you a project you both agree on how long it should take. When the project is over you have to explain why your over or under. Being over is not necessarily bad ( maybe spec changed) and being under might not be good.
Also if you have some form of QA the number of times something gets passed back to you for fixing could be included, not to mentions any bugs that appear once you go live.

Certifications you want to achieve, projects you want to work on...
