    Can't get reputations

    Some members helping me but I cant rate their posts.

    how can I get reputations.

    The second post in the thread I pointed you to explains that. Basically you need to rate several other people before you can rate brucevde again. While you could give ratings to other people's posts just so you can rate brucevde again, that wouldn't be fair and abuses of the rating system like that are periodically checked for.

    You have to rate 10 others in order to rate bruce again.
