    manage attch file in outlook

    hi

    i want to do a rule that when i recive a file from someone name x
    it will activate a code that will copy the file that is attch and put it in a folder name y in c:

    what is the code for it ?
    maybe i will do it in macro? but how can i activated the macro automaticly

    If you write some VBA code and monitor the item send event you can then copy the message and move it to where ever you want.

    but i dont understand quit how to do it?

    i am new in this area
