    high careers ?

    i want info about www.highcareer.com . anyone knows how much they helped u land a good job . let me know

    I really know nothing about that business but the general idea with all of the headhunters all arround the world remains the same:

    based on your resume they will help you to get an interview just because they have contacts that you don't - that's all. Rest is entirely upto you.
    They will tell how to dress, what NOT to say and even alter your own resume so it looks "professional" but your expertise in the field you're pursuing is what really matters. Person(s) that will be interviewing you will find out what you really are in a matter of minutes.

    I jest. But I believe that your career is very much dependent on the knowledge you have of your field, plus the amount of confidence you can throw out at everyone to make them believe you know more than you actually do. Within limits of course.

    That is all true of course but it still is a secondary thing unfortunately: you need to know someone that will open a door for you and that is when headhunter "comes handy " if you will.
