simplified segment directive???
by using segment directive, write an assembly program of TASM that prompt the user to enter a character. then display the character entered on the screen. the process will keep on repeating until a "#" character is detected?

This looks like homework. If it is, it's yours, not ours. Show us what you have so far and someone will help you.
The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.
