VBAJet32.dll Error! URGENT!

I’m looking for an error since last week and today I found the error:
“The Jet VBA file (VBAJET.dll for 16-bit versions, or VBAJET32.dll for 32-bit versions) failed to initialize when called. Try reinstalling the application that returned the error. (Error 3447)”

But the point is that even reinstaling my app don’t fix this error.

What I tried:

1) Reinstall
2) I deleted all DLL and OCX that where in \SYSTEM that my app install
3) I copied the same DLLs from other machine (where is working very well)
4) I reisntalled the Windows

?????The machine is running Win95 and my Win98???????

Do you have some suggestion?
