    Ugh. There should be a law...

    Take an egg, and using a pin, pierce a small hole in it. Let a bit of the albumin flow out, then use the albumin to 'seal' up the hole you just made.

    Store the egg carefully in a dark, evil corner for a few weeks. The longer the better.

    One day when he annoys you with stinky fish, offer him your egg. Tell him it's a tasty preparation of a boiled egg. (Make something up).

    Then move away from the area as fast as possible, because the egg is going to explode as soon as he taps it. And the stuff inside will be gray and icky and super stinky.

    I used to work at a staples when I was a teen, and one of our managers left (on good terms) but when he did, he took a small garbage can (like one you would have under your desk) and put 2 lbs of ground beef in it. Then he climbed on top of the managers office area, and put it there.

    About a week after he left the smell was horrible, they found it when looking for what they figured was a dead animal that made its way inside and then bit the big one.
