It was. In october as usual. And this morning it was ice everywhere. Then suddenly it became really warm, and started raining like never before. Crazy time. I think we have beaten around 100 of the warmest days in Norway this year. I bet we can plant palms and grapes here in a couple of more years..

In April it is usually great. Lots of snow, and the sun is back. And it is warm too. But the sun melts the snow really fast and some years it ends up with floods, which is more or less the only wheater condition that can get really bad over here.

OMG, don't you even know that commercials are made differently in different countries? Like America you have long thin blond smiling girls on every other commercial while in Germany it is more facts that are effective in commercials. Even Norway and Sweden which are pretty similar countries have more than 90% different commercials. Not only because we have different opinions of products, but also because products are often local. We do not have 100% American products in our stores.. And you don't have only Norwegian products... Did you never have marketing at uni?

You do know that popular commercials are viewed all over the world in those shows that display the top xx commercials etc. We see all the funny foreign commercials and those ones with hollywood stars in them only showed overseas etc.

We occasionally get a few Ad shows - they only show the funny/special ones, so it's probably about 10 hours worth in total (after millions of 30 second adverts!)

If I have understood it right in Engand they have BBC 1 and BBC 2 and so on. We have BBC Prime, and BBC World and so on in the rest of the countries here in Europe. And you have CNN over there, while we have CNN international over here. Even on Discovery there is norwegian commercials.

Yep, we get BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 (only BBC are non-commercial)... and with cable/satelite/freeview you also get BBC 3 & 4, ITV2/3/4, and many others (including CNN International, Discovery, etc).
