    It's the Coolbar control i think. Found in Comctl332.ocx.

    Yup looks like the CoolBar except some minor differences. What application is it that's using that control?

    There are several good ToolBar controls like the one you showed, on www.pscode.com that are free and have the same appearance as the one in your screenshot.
