Ok so I have this website me and a friend are making. On the site we have a page where people can download our programs. How can i make it so it shows how many times each program has been downloaded? Is this possible using javascript? If not will you please specify how i can do this without cgi or php.

Re: Auto Increment Using Javascript?
It's not possible to change the data on the server without using server-side scripting.
I bet you are using a Geocities account or something equally awful.
You can find various free or cheap hosting accounts that support PHP so why bother?

I know geocities stinks on ice. Is it possible to get a different host make the script there then link it to my geocities?
