Need Urgent Help

I am working on youtube like video site. Code is in vb.net

I need to convert uploaded video files (any format) to flash i.e .flv files and then merge them on fly.

Please help. How to write code for it. please help

Should I convert video into xml first and then flv. To be very sincere I have no clue. Please help

I'm not sure why you would expect people here to do your research for you?
Obviously you have Internet access since you are able to post to VBForums.
Why don't you just do a Google search on something like "convert video to Flash" and see what turns up.
I did and I found several 100 Web sites. Several offered FREE downloads.

Actually I did it and still searching. What I come accross is tool to download which can be instal in system and that tool convert video to flash manually on system.

What I want is a tool which can be integrated with website in vb.net an capable to convert the video files into flv files automatically as soon as site visitor upload their video. There is a multiple clip upload option, so flv files should merge into one saperated by custom text from database as transition.

I hope you help me. You help is very important.
