If you've created the control in VB as an ActiveX project, then under the file menu you'll find an option to "make .ocx" . After you've done this, use the package and deployment wizard to build a .cab file. Make sure you choose to make an internet package and the wizard will take you through the rest. In the end you'll have all the files you need to deploy the thing on the web.

BTW. Someone asked the very same question a few posts up. The username is sleepyg. It looks like you two are in about the same spot. Maybe if you share some ideas, you'll both get something out of it.
As far as other resources go, to tell you the truth, this board is tough to get help from. I have several posts that are weeks old with no replies. I've had to go elsewhere to find answers. I hope that changes. But in the meanwhile, check out http://webfx.eae.net . Their board is much more helpful and they have some very knowledgable posters. Also check out activex.com .

    hope this helps.

    Lightbulb Active X problems

I'am haing the same problems. I build a app using VB6.
I mad it a ocx and than I packaged it as a internet app.
I tried to insert it as a axtive x in Dreamweaver and comes up like a blank picture. Cannot not get it to deploy.
I have not tried the deployment wizard yet. I was not sure if I needed to go that route.
If you have found out any info that you want to share I would be more than gratefull. Shaba is right, you don't get much help from this board. Your input was appreciated Shaba. Thank you
