    Resolved [RESOLVED] Problem opening some of the threads - Permissions Issue

    Hi,

    I get this error when trying to open some of the threads for viewing. Why?
    It seems to be some permissions problem.

    It's nothing to worry about.. That thread violated the AUP, and has therefore been deleted.

    Shouldn't it therefore say "This thread has been removed". That error message is misleading

    Well yes it is.. but it is technically correct.

    We generally dont actually delete threads, we just put them to where only Mod's & Admins can see them. That way we can refer to the thread if needed (in case we need to see a members history, or there is a dispute, etc).
