Perform Software Upgrade Automation

Hi All,

I want to perform a check after every synchronization (triggered from the handheld and I use RDA push and pull). If there is an update available, i will perform a file copy to replace the program file on the handheld.

I think you can kind of guess what my problems are:

1) How do i replace the exe file that currently is running the synchronization?

2) What is the command to call on the handheld (Visual Studio .Net 2003) to copy a file from the PC to the Handheld. I can use "cecopy.exe" to call from the PC to copy file from PC to Handheld.

Is there a specific routine in the industry that they are doing right now?
