    Question Inforamation regarding Oracle

    Hello Everyone,

    Can anybody give me nice information regarding Oracle Overview, PL-SQL, connectivity of VB-Oracle?

    I am novince to Oracle & have worked on SQL Server 2000.

    Any help is appreciable .......please attach any pdf, word docs or refer any good urls.

    If you are familiar with MS SQL Server then generally you should be ok working with Oracle. Oracle has some unique functionality. PL/SQL is a language so you will ahve to learn it but there is a learning curve with almost everything.
    To access Oracle from your front end you will need Oracle Client to be installed locally (on your development machine and also on EVERY user's workstation - it's mandatory thing). For connetions check out link in my signature.
