[RESOLVED] project help
hi, there was some error when i publish the pogram to try it on other computer, so now i will copy the project and try it on the other computer. The project is made with c# 2005 , access 2003 database, and also with crystal report 9 and 10, so can u tell me if the project will work onn the other computer with out installing nothing?? or i need something?? if i need some prog please tell me where i can download it for free.

The other computer will need to have :
Microsoft framework 2.0
Crystal report for VS 2005
MDAC 2.8 (if the other computer isn't using Win XP)
As far as I read your post it should be it.
All of these module are free and you should be able to download them all from Microsoft's website

You do not just copy over those as its always best to just include them in the setup package. This will help insure they are installed correctly and in the correct location.

That's like saying that your car wouldn't start so you got out and walked a hundred miles. Wouldn't you rather fix the car? If there's an error with your installer then I strongly suggest that you try to fix that error. There's absolutely no reason that a properly created installer should give you any errors with those components. If you were to explain the error then perhaps we could help fix it.

ok, i will try to fix the installer, and prosys tanks now it's working.
