    [2005] Msbin dll

    Can any one say about Msbin dll and how it will be useful for .Net application. How it will affect the .Net application.i am unable to give more description as i dont have any idea about it

    If you have no more idea about it than that then why do you care? There must be some reason that you're asking about that particular file. What has led you to believe that it could be of use to you? Or are you just randomly choosing Windows DLLs and asking if they might be useful?
