CR 11 Professional and VB6
I just installed CR 11 Professional on my machine and when I tried to add a Crystal Report to my project the option to add a report wasn't there. I previously had CR 10 installed on my machine and I was able to add a CR to my VB6 Project. I hope I don't need the CR 11 Developer Edition. Any ideas? BTW I have uninstalled/installed three times already.
Regards,
Mark

Re: CR 11 Professional and VB6
Check that you have the crystal32.ocx in your computer or not or it is registered on your pc..
crystal32.ocx is necessary for adding the Cr in the VB6, and the setup file in the vb

Re: CR 11 Professional and VB6
Because crystal32.ocx is necessary for adding the Cr in the VB6
That statement is incorrect. I have not used the OCX since version 7.
I hope I don't need the CR 11 Developer Edition
Why would you think otherwise. Is it in the list of Designers? What about Project-> References? Anything for Crystal there...

I haven’t idea about the CR 11 because I never used this, but I used the CR 7.5, and 8.0 so there is need to add crystal32.ocx for making the set up.
And this will also provide you the crystal report component in the VB, because I use always crystal report component not crviewer in my project
