Online Payment
Hey guys, I need help (not really me but our company).
Please give me links to the companies that offers Online Payment?
I(we) prefer the company that is already tested and please justify.
Thanks,

Re: Online Payment
Is it possible to port PayPal or Verisign to an application or do they have web services?

Re: Online Payment
Verisign has two levels or options of how they process the charge.
1. You click on your pages link for payment and it takes them to an external site for processing and then returns back when done. Less expensive.
2. Its completely integrated to your site and they provide you with support file(s) dll(s) to add to your project via references and then just call the methods and functions of it.
PayPal is cheapest but looks less professional.
Just depends on your needs as both are good.

Re: Online Payment
I think we will saves a lot of money in Verisign rather than PayPal.
How do they noify that there are transactions happened (e.g. our customer transfer money to our account)?

Re: Online Payment
Cant believe it was over a year ago.
The PayFlow Pro is the top of the line processing thats integrated with your site. The other one is the one that goes to another site for verification. Not sure about PayPal's one though, never used it. We have the PayFlow Pro system code examples on VB.NET. Try searching by kleinma's username and payflow

Re: Online Payment
you could also just put a buy now paypal button on your site ...
I have an account and dont pay any monthly fees or anything ..just dont have the merchant services as they dont do that for the country im in, but can still sell software without any overhead.
PayPal also has an API so you can set up your own thing ..
