    does the picture box only work with bmps ie can we only enlarge invert bmps.can we apply the same to jpg's and jpeg's.if no then is there some other way to work with jpg's and jpeg's.

    you can load the JPG, JPEG, GIF and BMP image file into a PictureBox control

    These are all the graphics files supported by VB


    (.bmp) files, icon (.ico) files, run-length encoded (.rle) files, metafile (.wmf) files, enhanced metafiles (.emf), GIF files, and JPEG (.jpg) files.
