Am I just dead weight?

I feel exactly the same. Most of the programmers in the company go home and code in their spare time (FREAKS!). I however prefer to chill out which makes me wonder if I'm cut out for this coding thing.

Besides, management is where the money is

but i like programming, for work.

the good thing about management though is that, if there are some problems technically you don't need to do the thinking LOlz.

but it definitely needs a little getting used to. I'm no pro, but i am good at what I do. :S
