I dont know what language this is, nor do I know what they are. I think someone is trying to set up a system to spy on my computer. Please offer any info on these sites... and how possible is it for someone to set something up and spy on me and me not know. I think my father wants to do this. Besides having a lack of privacy, are there any security risks?

I have XP firewall is on, found out these are not spying sites thank you.

Now the issue i do have on hand is this. My father will try to spy on me. This does not bother me at all being that I have nothing to hide. He is my father and I believe he has the right to know what im doing. I don't think he knows I know, and I don't want him to. I would like to know though, if he does somehow set something up, will i be able to tell its running? I am connected through a wireless network to his computers. So what can he actually do without me knowing?
