I'll let other people respond to the question in their time, but may I ask why you are posting questions about "jamming" network across an entire computer network and now shutdown PCs without Admin Permissions? If you have Administrator priviledges, then this job is done for you. Microsoft--and other vendors--already sell/provide tools to administer a network that would be much easier on the soul and mind instead of implementing these tasks via VB. What are you really wanting to accomplish? There may be other/better ways than posting VB code to demonstrate it.
