    Jam Internet

    This may sound really strange, but does anyone know how to make a program to jam the internet.

    I know that this is possible because my brother did it years ago.

    Can anyone help?

    Jamming the internet will get you in trouble quick.

    I take it you want to restrict internet access on specific computer?

    What do you want to restrict?
    Http? Ftp? Instant messengers? All traffic? Restrict only WAN acces? LAN access too?
    Where do you want to do this? Single PC? PC behind a router? PC behind a proxy?

    Best would be to install a firewall or see what your router/proxy can do.

    I just want a program that blocks internet access to all computers on the network. Don't worry I don't want this program to cause disruption or chaos.

    I have a firewall here and I can restrict any computer from accessing the outside world.

    You can also see what your router can do to restrict access.
