The entire U.S. Army took a minute of silence at precisely 9:37 EST this morning in rememberance of 9/11...
That's around 600,000 minutes of labor we lost!!!

Thats a small sacrafice as compared to the 2,700+ lives lost in the towers and another 2,000+ lives lost in the war.

The US Army has ~600,000 in active service
The US Navy has ~500,000 in active service
The US Marine Corps has ~180,000 in active service
They all took a minute of silence, that means 1,280,000 minutes.
(2.4 years)
