Many of the candidates you have been sending us have lots of experience in the MIS world – doing software development for internal use. I notice that their skills are very focused on client-server database applications, developing applications for internal use. Our broadcast products involve a lot of work with file systems, networking and security. In addition, we often interface with hardware. We are developing products that ship to external customers. The candidates we have seen so far have had little or no experience in these areas.
If there is any interest out there please contact me.
Thanks,
Ben
